So it begins

You ever notice how it's hard to go back to sleep at about six in the morning when the sky is illuminated by the sun and the allergy pill that you took about an hour ago still hasn't quite taken effect and the thunderstorms that were supposed to cool the air never came and you also got about twelve consecutive hours of sleep in one night a few days ago? Probably not, since you're not me, but I am and I noticed. A state of consciousness several hours before my alarm will start playing new songs that seem old by now is hard not to notice. I wouldn't put it past me, but such an achievement will have to wait for another day.

Because I am awake, I decided to start writing a new blog. It's not constrained by a specific topic, which some mght say will decrease my advertising revenue, but I disagree since that would be impossible. Niche blogging only makes money if you put in as much time promoting as you do writing, and I'm not going to do that, so why bother? I'm just going to talk about what I want to talk about, and hope that other people care. If not, at least it (the delusion of people caring) will give me some incentive to organize my thoughts.

Right now I have one fan that is important to me. There are numerous people who might enjoy this blog if I actually stick with it, which I should since my name is attatched to it, but just one fan. I'm looking at my fan now and my fan says nothing, which is ideal. My fan came in a box, and was shipped by amazon.com. I know that they don't just sell books, but this doesn't seem to fit with the company mission unless the company mission is to sell as much as possible of anything anyone might possibly want. The fan didn't even come with an instruction manual, but maybe the writing on the box is supposed to count as the equivalent of a book for some people like the ones who go on the fifth grader show. I know what its called but didn't feel like typing it out so I wrote all this instead. I'm sleepy.

I'm going to try to fall asleep again. Whether anyone cares or not, I'll post more thoughts later. Not sure how much later.
